I love working with people and creating a culture of care for all students. I truly believe that education is the most powerful tool anyone can possess. I’m very upfront by stating that teaching is one of those professions which require a great deal of patience and hard work. It’s hard, it’s time consuming but it’s the most rewarding profession and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Teaching isn’t for just anybody, compassion, generosity and dedication are just some of the qualities you must own. Sure, you may have tough days when lessons don’t work out as you had planned. You may have differing goals as parents or even face an unruly student. But at the end of the day, a teacher’s influence is greater than any obstacles they may face.
